Burke participates with many insurance plans. Please note that insurance companies offer multiple plans with different coverage levels. You are financially responsible for deductibles and co-insurance.

Members of our Financial Services Department will verify your insurance coverage before offering admission to Burke Rehabilitation Hospital. For outpatient services, a representative at the location where you receive services will determine your coverage before your first appointment. Call your insurance company if you have questions about your coverage. If you have additional questions, please call (914) 597-2131. Option #8.
