How to Become a Patient at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital
- Ask your doctor to refer you to Burke
- Your case manager will send your medical records to our Admissions Department
- A nurse may visit you in the referring hospital to assess your condition
- We will also verify your insurance coverage - Check the list of Accepted Insurance
- If we determine our level of care is right for you and your insurance company authorizes coverage, we will admit you once you are medically ready
