Burke Rehabilitation’s Physician Practice offers continued outpatient rehabilitation care for patients who have completed an inpatient stay at Burke or another post-acute rehabilitation hospital, as well as for members of the community needing outpatient rehabilitation services for symptoms of a chronic condition or injury. 

Our board-certified physicians specialize in a wide variety of conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, cardiac disease, pulmonary disease, orthopedic surgery, amputations, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, dementia and arthritis. Working in multidisciplinary teams with your Burke inpatient physician and therapy team, — or with your specialist, primary care physician or family doctor, — members of our Physician Practice create and oversee individualized care plans to help you maximize your recovery and achieve your goals.
