Neuro Yoga with Alexandra

Open to all, this seated class will focus on creating and sustaining pathways for optimal neurological functioning. We will learn about the use of breath, mindful movement, awareness of self and intention as tools for re-shaping our minds and bodies. This material may be useful for individuals who looking to regain health, sustain functionality or work towards new goals.
Participants should be comfortable with sitting for up to an hour and able to participate in a class where there are sustained periods of quiet.
Tuesdays, Feb. 13th – 27th from 3:30-4:30 PM in the Sports Center Gym.
