Join us as we celebrate American Heart Month with an event focused on exercise and nutrition.

The event will feature:

  • A discussion on the benefits of exercise and stress management
  • Free blood pressure screens
  • Complementary health interventions, such as massage therapy
  • Healthy recipes to sample
