Open to all, this seated class will explore the concepts of Neuroplasticity in the brain as it relates to the practice of yoga. We will learn about the use of breath, mindful movement, awareness of self and intention as tools for positive change in our brain. This material may be useful for individuals who are interested in supporting their brain’s health and performance or for those looking to re-train the brain.
Participants should be comfortable with sitting for up to an hour and able to participate in a class where there are sustained periods of quiet.
