The use of Restorative (supported poses) & Gentle Yoga will help to reduce stress, balance energy and release physical and neural tension. You will then be guided through Yoga Nidra, a rotation of consciousness in the body allowing for deep relaxation, harmonizing the body and mind. This 90-minute workshop should leave you ready for a great night’s sleep.
There may be hands-on assists offered from the teacher – please alert her if you do not wish to be assisted. Ideal for someone comfortable lying/sitting on a mat for the session.
