Miracle Ball Method Yoga Class with Alexandra

The Miracle Ball Method trains your nervous system to enable muscles to move easily without pain. The secret lies in training the brain to regain feeling in key parts of the body. A Body Dialogue is emphasized as a reciprocal form of communication between body and brain. This gives us the potential to experience movement that integrates all parts of the body. Stress is then lifted from chronic pain areas and we can begin to feel differently.
Ideal for someone comfortable lying on a cushioned mat, on the floor, for an hour. These classes are offered on a drop-in basis for $15/class or one punch on the Premier Yoga Card pass. Beginners are welcome!
