Slow-Flow Gentle Yoga with Alexandra

Enjoy sustained stretches to release and relax the body and mind combined with dynamic, slow-flow poses to create strength and balance. Each class will incorporate breath work and finish with savasana, the final relaxation pose. This is a mat-based and standing class. No yoga experience is necessary but participants should be comfortable moving between the floor and standing.
Slow-Flow Yoga classes are offered as a 5-week series for $55 for Adult Fitness Center members or $65 for non-members. You may also take a class as a drop-in and not participate in the series for $15 per class. A premier yoga class card may also be used toward the Slow-Flow Yoga classes.
