Treat yourself to 90 minutes of pure rest, relaxation and renewal. Be guided through passive poses that nurture and support, learn how to deepen your breath and mind-body awareness, receive hands-on healing touch, and leave feeling grounded and connected to your whole self again. No experience necessary. Participants should be comfortable lying/sitting on a mat for the session.
The mini retreat costs $20, and pre-registration is required to attend the class. There is a minimum number of participants needed to hold the class.
