Staff, volunteers and vendors will all be on hand to provide valuable information about Spinal Cord Injury and those living with them. Attendees will also be able to tour Burke’s state-of-the-art therapy gyms. These gyms feature specialized technology and equipment that are designed for neurological patients with specific medical conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other serious neurological conditions. Burke staff (including therapists) will be on hand to answer your questions and give you a tour of the gyms. It’s an opportunity to learn more about what Burke does each day to help patients recover. The day will include a wide range of vendors and a program featuring speakers on a variety of important topics from nutrition to bionic assistive devises.
