The Burke Auxiliary is hosting their Columbus Day Luncheon Celebration Fundraiser on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Sir John’s Restaurant in White Plains. This celebratory luncheon is one of the many ways that the Burke Auxiliary continues to be able to fund Burke special projects since its beginning more than 50 years ago.
This year alone, the Auxiliary donated $30,000 toward a number of hospital initiatives, some examples include the purchase of a muscle stimulation bike for the outpatient physical therapy department, a vein viewing system to help easily find veins for blood draws for the nursing department and even an iPad Pro for the neuropsychology department.
Luncheon tickets are $45 each, which includes appetizers, a buffet of delicious Italian specialties, dessert, unlimited coffee/tea/soda and one complimentary glass of wine. Additional drinks will be available at a cash bar. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
