Focused first on the use of restorative, supported poses to aide in stress reduction, energy balance and release of physical and neural tension. After soothing the body, we begin Yoga Nidra, a guided rotation of consciousness in the body allowing for deep relaxation, harmonizing the body and mind. This 90-minute workshop should leave you floating out the door, home, for great night’s sleep. There may be hands-on assists offered from the teacher – please alert her if you do not wish to be assisted.
