Why Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra?
Relax and renew with supported yoga poses (passive), gentle yoga, breath work and hands-on healing.
This session also includes a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation to help nurture your body and reduce stress which may help in strengthening your immune system.

When: Friday June 30th 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (90 minutes)
Where: Burke Fitness Center Gymnasium (sports center)
HOW: Simple! Stop by or call the Fitness Center at 914-597-2805 by 5PM Thursday, June 29th!
No experience necessary – this is a mat-based class.
Please bring a pillow and at least one blanket if possible.
Try to avoid eating within 2 hours of the class time.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
This session will offer gentle, physical assists from the teacher, Alexandra – please let her know if you do not want to be assisted.
