Healthy Eating As We Age
A balanced and nutritious diet is important—especially as we get older. Our bodies need special nutrients and age-related changes can have a major effect on our nutritional needs.
Join us Thursday, January 12 for a discussion on healthy nutrition as we age. Patricia Coar, Clinical Dietitian, Food Service at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, will discuss how our nutritional needs change as we get older, how to maintain a healthy diet, and the importance of identifying reliable nutrition information vs. non reliable sources.
