Life After Burke

Burke Skilled Nursing Facility Network

The Burke Rehabilitation Network was formed in 1997 to expand Burke’s high quality rehabilitation program throughout its geographic services area.  By partnering with other institutions, Burke ensures quality services by providing Burke-trained therapists and clinical management to these institutions.  It also allows seamless care for patients who are discharged from Burke’s acute rehabilitation programs, yet still require sub-acute care at another facility.

Members of the Burke Network are: United Hebrew of New Rochelle, Shaffer Extended Care Center, and Sarah Neuman Westchester Health & Rehabilitation.

The new state-of-the-art building offers spacious, bright, private and semi-private rooms with sweeping views of Long Island Sound. The campus also includes Willow Towers Assisted Living; Low Savin apartments for independent seniors and community-based home health care programs; and Azor and Long Term Home Health Care, which provide care at home.
