The Burke Rehabilitation Network was formed in 1997 to expand Burke’s high quality rehabilitation program throughout its geographic services area. By partnering with other institutions, Burke ensures quality services by providing Burke-trained therapists and clinical management to these institutions. It also allows seamless care for patients who are discharged from Burke’s acute rehabilitation programs, yet still require sub-acute care at another facility.
Members of the Burke Network are: United Hebrew of New Rochelle, Shaffer Extended Care Center, and Sarah Neuman Westchester Health & Rehabilitation.
