Find a Physician

Burke's Admissions & Screening Departments Are Here to Help You

Whether you’re a patient, physician, hospital case manager or discharge planner, Burke’s screening department is here to help. Our screeners are full-time registered nurses who are on hand to answer any questions you or your loved ones may have.

Because Burke’s inpatient programs are intensive and have specific physical requirements, patients must be screened to see if post-acute rehabilitation is the right fit. This screening is free of charge and the admission process can begin immediately after a referral is received. Once your admission has been approved, Burke staff with work with you and your referring hospital to complete the process so your rehabilitation can begin as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about how to become a Burke patient or the admissions process, please feel free to reach out to our screening department at (914) 597-2519 or
