Approach to Care

Dr. Newman applies a whole-person approach to patient care, focusing on optimizing wellness beyond injury or illness, and helping patients along the continuum of lifestyle improvement and behavior change.

What can patients expect during an appointment?

During your appointment, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation. Depending on your specific needs, this may include an in-office diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate your muscles, joints, or tendons in real time. Rather than just treating isolated symptoms, we use a whole-person approach—integrating lifestyle and movement optimization alongside targeted medical treatments (such as ultrasound-guided injections or regenerative therapies) to help you safely return to the activities you love. You will leave with a clear, personalized treatment plan and a thorough understanding of your next steps.
