Clinical Research Trials
Clinical research gives you access to new treatments that could speed up your recovery. We test medications, medical devices, and activities, such as exercise, to make sure they're safe and effective for you. Every medical treatment and method used in your care was first tested by people who participated in clinical research.
Burke's Research Department is currently and actively seeking new participants for clinical research opportunities
Helping You Recover
You gain access to better care and treatment through our collaboration with top universities, hospitals, and scientists. Together, we run clinical trials to test new ways to help you:
- Access new treatments that help you recover from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and more
- Try new therapy methods to improve your strength, movement, and independence
- Use tools like robots, brain stimulation, and wearable devices to support your healing

- Learn about the trial and choose if you want to join
- Start treatment or therapy with guidance from Burke Rehabilitation
- Stay in touch after the trial, since some studies follow up later
