The purpose of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital “Burke” Compliance Program is to ensure that Burke operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as with all Burke policies and procedures and in accordance with our mission, vision and values. Burke and its employees, contractors and other affiliates are responsible for performing ethically and in compliance with the law as it pertains to compliance such as fraud, waste and abuse in healthcare operations as well as patient privacy.

The Compliance Department supports Burke’s commitment to a culture of compliance. The department is available to assist all members of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital community with any concerns or questions regarding policies, the code of conduct, and/or compliance-related matters.

If you are unsure about where to go with your concerns, or you feel uncomfortable reporting through normal channels of communication, or wish to raise the issue anonymously, you should access the Compliance Hotline. The Hotline is available to associates as well as contractors, vendors and patients and their families.
