Burke Adaptive Technology & Sports Expo

For decades wheelchair athletes of all ages from the tri-state area and beyond have headed to Burke Rehabilitation Hospital to participate in the annual Wheelchair Games. This year, we are excited to introduce the Burke Adaptive Technology & Sports Expo, which will be replacing  our annual Wheelchair Games event.

The inaugural Burke Expo will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2022 (rain date: Saturday, September 24th).

The Burke Expo will offer attendees an opportunity to participate in adaptive sports activities such as rock climbing, golf, yoga and more on Burke's verdant and spacious campus.  Participants will also learn about and demo the latest innovations in adaptive technology at the Expo area located on the Burke track.

Please complete the Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

Please follow this link or the QR code below to take a confidential 10-minute survey that asks questions about what you think are the most important health issues in our community and what matters to you most.

The CHNA survey results will inform the development of a plan, involving many community partners, to improve the health of our community. The survey is also important because its results can impact funding, spending, and other wide-reaching decisions about health care. Please tell your friends and family and encourage them to participate. Thank you for your time and for helping us gain valuable insights to respond to the needs of the community.
