Patient Financial Services
Hospital bills can be confusing. Our patient accounts representatives will be happy to answer any questions you have about hospital charges or your insurance coverage. A bill for physicians’ and hospital services will be sent to you or your insurance carrier after your discharge. Fees for services (telephone and television), medications and supplies that are not covered by insurance must be paid for by the patient. If you have a question about your bill, please contact the Business Office. The Inpatient Representative may be reached at (914) 597-2329.
Who can I speak to about paying my bill?
Burke's Business Office provides dedicated staff who are available to meet with hospital patients who are in need of financial assistance. Patients may qualify for financial assistance if they have no insurance, their insurance is limited, or they have limited means to pay their bill. We are happy to assist you. Please contact our Business Office at (914) 597-2329 for more information.
You may contact a financial counselor at any point in the care process by calling 914-597-2329..
