An individually tailored outpatient program complements
the acute, intensive inpatient experience at Burke. Former inpatients can continue their progress while community residents have access to rehabilitative services on Burke’s main campus and at our Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Clinics in Mamaroneck, Purchase, and in the Bronx.
The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital’s Outpatient Department services include physical and occupational therapy, speech, language and swallowing therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, an arthritis center and an osteoporosis screening service. Various exercise and education programs are also available through the Burke Fitness Center and Wellness Center.
