Adaptive Climbing is a rapidly growing sport that offers individuals with disabilities a chance to use their bodies in a whole new way. Climbing offers a great opportunity for strength, cardiovascular and endurance training as well as socializing, connecting with others and achieving individual success. No experience is necessary and all individuals with disabilities are welcome to participate.
