To help promote awareness about stroke, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital will host its annual Stroke Awareness Day on May 22. Stroke Awareness Day is an educational open house that will focus on stroke recognition, response and prevention. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Wood Pavilion, building 7, at 785 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains.
