The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital is hosting a health and fitness day for seniors from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 30. The event will begin in the Rosedale Room of Billings Building on Burke’s campus at 785 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains.
Sponsors include The Fitness Center at Burke, White Plains Hospital Center’s Division of Geriatric Services, the City of White Plains Recreation & Parks Community Center, Willow Towers Assisted Living and the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services.

Senior Health and Fitness Day at Burke is free and open to the public; lunch will be served. Space is limited so register early to ensure a spot.
