The National MS Society, NY - Southern NY Chapter, has partnered with Burke Rehabilitation Center to offer this 12-week wellness course that combines online learning with in-person meetings. Online, participants will have the chance to connect with everyone who is part of this course and access the most current course information. In person, participants will meet with each other for the fitness component of the program.
The fitness portion will be held at Burke Sports Center in the Burke Rehabilitation campus at 785 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains.
